The moment your Wash Ordur clears the submission threshold, your Soul Restoration, Soul Salvage, and/or Soul Replenishment begins.

SEVEN DAY PRESOAK
On the 7th calendar day after your submission, you will receive instructions for completing your Individual Soul Assessment (ISA)*.

Once your completed ISA is received, your Landruss then begins composition of your Laundry List.
THE LAUNDRY LIST

Your first list identifies the most pressing dirty itums in your life. These may be submitted as you choose to continue receiving Soul from the Laundruss.
The Exchange
This first submission is the entry Funancual Wash Ordur for an individual Guest of The Wash House. The entry amount is $600 USD or its equivalent in any currency or asset class currently accepted by The Wash House.
The currency or asset submitted is itself a Laundry Itum: A store of value submitted to The Wash House for laundering for which the Guest will receive a Soul Service in exchange.
A Wash Ordur may be submitted by the Guest directly or by someone else on their behalf. When a Wash Ordur is submitted on behalf of another person, the designated Guest is the one that will the corresponding Soul Service.
There are no refunds. There is no option for stopping a processed Wash Ordur already in progress.

Honest responses to the Individual Soul Assessment constitute a social Wash Ordur. All data collected through the ISA is considered highly sensitive and is handled only and directly by the Laundruss herself. Please see the applicable segments of our Privacy & Security policy for more details.
