Terms

Welcome to The Wash House website.

These Terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any restoration or salvage engagement, Wash Ordur submission, product purchase, reservation, invoice, payment arrangement, or other service relationship you may later enter into with us. Those may have their own terms.

These Terms apply when you use this website. Where we ask you to expressly accept additional terms, those additional terms will also apply.

Use the site normally.

You may read, browse, follow links, submit forms, contact us, and otherwise use the site for its intended purposes.

Do not use it to:

  • interfere with the site or its operation

  • attempt to gain access to areas you have not been invited into

  • probe, scrape, copy, harvest, reverse engineer, or systematically extract site content or data

  • impersonate another person or organization

  • submit false, fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful information

  • introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or anything else intended to damage or disrupt the site

  • use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights

We may restrict or block access when we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

Some rooms are not public.

Some pages, links, forms, offers, prices, materials, or processes may be available only to particular visitors.

Receiving or discovering a link does not necessarily give you permission to redistribute it, publish it, index it, scrape it, or circulate the material behind it.

We may change, move, close, restrict, or replace any part of the site at any time.

The work belongs to its owners.

Unless we say otherwise, the writing, design, graphics, marks, images, concepts, page structures, downloadable materials, and other original material on this site belong to The Wash House or to the person or entity that licensed them to us.

You may view the site for your own legitimate use.

You may not republish, reproduce, sell, commercially exploit, materially modify, or present our work as your own without permission.

Quoting or referring to limited portions of public material for lawful commentary, reporting, scholarship, criticism, or similar purposes is not prohibited by these Terms where the law permits it.

Our names and marks are not yours.

The Wash House name, wordmark, house mark, slogans, visual identity, and other identifying marks may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization where none exists.

Links can lead outside the House.

This site may link to websites, platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, social networks, or other services operated by third parties.

We do not control those services. Their own terms, privacy practices, security practices, availability, and policies apply once you leave our site.

A link does not automatically mean that we endorse everything found at the destination. This is a standard and sensible distinction also reflected in public-sector website policies.

The site is informational.

The public material on this website is provided for general informational, editorial, and commercial purposes.

Nothing on the public site, by itself, creates:

  • a client relationship

  • a fiduciary relationship

  • an advisory relationship

  • an agency relationship

  • a partnership

  • an employment relationship

  • a contractual obligation to provide services

Submitting a form, requesting an invitation, sending an email, or contacting us does not by itself create any of those relationships either.

A relationship begins only when both sides expressly agree to one.

No promise that everything will always be available.

We try to keep the site useful and functioning, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

Pages may disappear. Links may break. Information may change. Features may be suspended. The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party failures, security issues, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

Information can change.

We may revise, remove, replace, or update website content without notice.

If something on the website conflicts with the terms of a later written agreement between you and The Wash House, the later written agreement controls for that relationship.

Do not treat the website as individualized professional advice.

Nothing on the public website should be treated as legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice directed specifically to you.

Where a matter requires that kind of advice, use an appropriately qualified professional who understands your actual circumstances.

Your submissions.

If you submit information through a form or contact us, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide that information.

Do not send confidential, regulated, privileged, highly sensitive, or third-party information through a general website form unless we specifically ask for it through an appropriate channel.

Our handling of personal information is described separately on our Privacy & Security page.

Clear and accurate privacy representations matter: the FTC has repeatedly emphasized that businesses should say plainly what they do with personal information and then honor those commitments.

No warranties about the website.

The website is provided as available.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for every particular purpose.

This does not eliminate any rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

Limits on responsibility.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Wash House will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If you misuse the site.

If you use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or access areas you are not authorized to access, you may be responsible for losses or costs directly caused by that conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

Florida law.

For now, these website-use Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This clause applies to use of the public website. A later contract for services may contain its own governing-law and dispute provisions.

Changes to these Terms.

We may update these Terms when the site, our practices, or applicable requirements change.

The date at the top tells you when this version was last updated.

Continued use of the site after an update means the then-current version applies to your future use of the site.
